I.AM took over the historic JEH Macdonald House with a multidisciplinary festival showcasing artworks and performances developed during our free hands-on workshops, as part of Vaughan Culture Days.

Highlights of the Community Arts Festival include I.AM's ongoing open mic featuring the "Say Something" Poets, a participatory traditional African dance performance/workshop with Miss Coco Murray and, the Mus Ical Bike -an Interactive Musical Bike.

I.AM Community Arts Festival is co-presented with City of Vaughan - Economic Development + Culture Services and organized by I.AM Executive Director Veronica Abrenica, who is an Ontario Culture Days Youth Arts Ambassador. The Youth Arts Ambassadors Program is supported by the Ontario Arts Council - Conseil des arts de l'Ontario, TD, and Toronto Pearson International Airport’s Propeller Project.
