We hosted our very first Artist Talk, Open Mic, and workshop series. The Artist talk featured three exhibiting artists and former or current educators. We had an in depth discussion on art accessibility, the importance of an art practice and what it means to be a practicing artist in York Region. Workshops covered a variety of mediums which included a ring wire workshop, soapstone carving and music therapy.
